As part of the anti-waste plan and the Biodiversity Act of 11 February 2016, conservators are subject to a sorting obligation when they produce more than 10 tonnes of bio-waste (vegetable waste), i.e. approximately 150 covers per day. This law also strongly recommends restaurant owners to offer doggy bags, that is to say the possibility for each customer to leave with his meal remains!
