CO2 Solidaire and its partner, the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur association, offer a local compensation, a first in the world of French carbon. The project aims to feed dairy cows to flaxseed rather than corn and soybeans. This reduces the enteric fermentation of dairy cows, ie methane emissions (CH4). The local amusement park Le Pal was the first partner to have enlisted with them in the Local Compensation. (CO2 Solidaire is an awareness and compensation program for greenhouse gas emissions intended for individuals, companies and the community).
