Municipalities / Municipal Unions to prepare and implement Integrated Waste Management Plans:
- admission to landfills;
- the amount of biodegradable waste to be reduced to 35% by 2025;
- expansion of compost and biomedical plants;
- making efforts to produce renewable energy from all energy-worthy waste sources (municipal waste and other municipal waste, etc.);
- benefiting from the incentives of local governments for the implementation of waste management systems;
- closing 100% of wild storage areas by 2023.
